Assessment:
The assessment phase sets the foundation for the model. It also encompasses all of the following modules as assessment should be an ongoing focus throughout the program
Ready for Work:
Addresses psychosocial barriers through the utilisation of motivational counselling, vocational counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Strategies, Acceptance and Commitment therapy strategies and health coaching
Fit for Work:
Improves the candidate’s medical, physical, psychological and functional capacity for work.
Retraining:
Uses external courses to upskill or reskill candidates to achieve a vocational goal
Workplace Preparation:
Empowers the candidate with job seeking skills
Job Search:
Assists the candidate to secure safe and durable employment
Durability:
Ensures the employment placement process satisfies the 13 week period durability requirement.
A comprehensive suite of redeployment services will be delivered based on an initial triage conducted of the client at the assessment phase.
